Delete your vQard account

Delete it yourself, any time

Open vQard (the app or vqard.co), go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately — no waiting period, no email required.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your card(s), sections, fields, and profiles;
• your contacts and exchange history;
• your card's analytics and visit events;
• your orders and physical-card records;
• your sign-in, access tokens, connected AI-agent tokens, and push registrations.

After deletion, anyone who taps or scans your physical cards sees an inactive card. This action cannot be undone.

What is retained

Nothing personal is retained. We may keep non-identifying, aggregated counts, and records we are legally required to keep (for example, a tax invoice for a physical-card purchase) for the period the law requires. These are not linked to your profile.
