Using vQard
vQard (vqard.co) lets you create a digital business card and share it via NFC, QR codes, and links. By creating an account or using the apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use vQard. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number. Keep access to that number secure — activity through your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; deletion is permanent.
Your content
You own what you put on your card and remain responsible for it. You grant vQard the permission needed to host and display your card and to serve it to the people you share it with. Don't post unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe anyone's rights, or use vQard to send spam or harass people. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Physical cards
You can order physical cards that carry your link. Orders, pricing, shipping, and any refunds for physical cards are handled on the website; taxes may apply. Physical cards are a separate purchase from any vQard subscription.
vQard Pro
The core digital card is free. vQard Pro unlocks additional features and is not sold inside the mobile apps. Pro is offered on the website; during early access it is provided on request and set up manually. Free accounts may see in-app promotions and receive offers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service “as is”
vQard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, vQard isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
